[ROM] Zero Blur! Zero Lag! rubiX Focused 1.0

*BUGS*

Call sliders may or may not be working correctly. The answer and ignore colored portion of the sliders appears and you can select it to answer or ignore calls. The glass sliders themselves do not appear however. Is this intended? If not then they are still not working correctly.

Street View is unable to be installed from Market because there is a version already in the apps folder. I did not try this on Rubix but the RC1 you used as a base renaming the app with root explorer and then installing from Market failed. I was able to install just now after renaming app and rebooting. I will delete the older version now that I have the latest one installed off Market.

AngDroid was able to replace the search application with the latest market version and has the hardware search key working. Not sure if you want to look into using the latest version or just use the one that is already installed. Latest version allows for search history to be stored online I believe. Not really a bug since the current version installed is working as intended.

I will make another post if I find anything else. Very fast!

Yeah, I have to add the newest market version for search. I wouldn't even of included it if it didn't cause problems without.

The sliders are working as intended, the tabs were removed for now. All you have are the green and red answer/decline to grab and slide to answer

Hey drod,

Does this include the auto-brightness adjustment via Peter Alfonso (i.e. taking the minimum auto-brightness setting down to something lower than 42)?

Thanks and great work.

No. It has my own auto-brightness adjustment (well, through xUltimate, thanks Xeudoxus!)

The min brightness is turned down to 13. 2 was causing way too many problems.

Would there be any benefit to going into Settings > Privacy > Factory Data Reset? After the first boot.

Also, if I go to Wallpaper and just click "Wallpapers" it just gives me a bunch of black gradiene boxes. I know you placed the Rubix Walls in the gallery to select from but is there any way to incorporate those into the standard wallpaper installation?

Thanks for the awesome work... a nice improvement from .5!!!

I can, but the point of adding them to sdcard was to get rid of all the extra space consumed in the launcher. I'll see about making a wallpaper app ;)

No big deal, just curious... Would there be any harm in going into Root Explorer and deleting the current wallpaper app with all of the blank wallpapers and save even more space?

The current wallpaper app is Launcher 2, if you use a different launcher than the one I included, yes, you can delete it. It'll only save ~400kb though. Dropped it to ~400kb from almost 5 mb getting rid of those wallpapers

I use LP but 400kb isn't worth the effort to drop it. Keep up the great work!!!

Incredibly fast/smooth...the is the first time I actually feel that my DX is outperforming my D1 on any Rom. Great job!!

Everyone themes are on their way, enjoy the vanilla feel as this is the way Motorola should have released the DX in the first place.

One small annoyance... Cut, copy, paste feature. It appears the paste from clipboard feature is gone. I can only paste last copied text. .5 allowed a paste from clipboard as do most other roms I've used.

Ow I want this so bad. Kept .5 for quite a while. On Fission 1.1 right now and loving it though, so I will stick to it for now.

Awesome work, can't wait to give it a whirl.dancedroid

Well this kicks a ridiculous amount of ass. Just donated yet again to show appreciation. Seriously people, donate to Drod, even if it's a small amount. His work on the X has been incomparable. Perhaps if we incentivize him enough he'll port over Cyanogen? How about it giving it a shot, Drod?

First off. THX so much. THIS IS GREAT! Secondly.. maybe a stupid question. How do I get Navigation back? I downloaded Google Earth... no Blue navigation arrow ... ? THANKS! Also I use to have an option in contacts to Link contacts, was that part of Blur_contacts.apk?
