so jrummys overclock app still works correct?
Hey Drod, first gr8 work man .
I'd like bring something to your notice. the milestone app from market works for loading OC module then JRummy's script can be used. I am using ULV at stock freq and after 10h 48m of no use my battery went down from 100 to 50. My battery manager says cell standby 55%, wifi 19% phone idle 18% android os 7%, display 2%
It may contain "the visual bug" but still on ULV this battery performance seems very poor to me. What do you think
I can confirm this works.
install milestone overclock.
load module
set to autoload
oc script works fine in terminal now.
thanks for the tip!
yes, it does
For the life of me, I can't get Angry Birds to install either from the Market or from TB...

I finally got it working. I had to Force Stop Market, clear data and cache from the application manager in settings, unmount the SD card, then install Angry Birds from the market.
Installed over 1.8.6 with just cache wipe. System number still says 1.8.6, dunno if that was suppose to change. Good work though, running great.
Same thing here. Is that normal?
Other than that, so far so good. Thanks Drod

Sorry I want to bump this one more time.
Is it possible the install did not take? I want to know before I install Black Juice again.

It will report in about phone as 1.8.6. If you are unsure which version you have, you should be able to tell by the new transition animations. If you still can't tell, open a terminal and type:
su
cat /proc/sys/vm/dirty_ratio
If it comes back as 95, then you've got 1.8.9 loaded.

Ha I don't know wtf that is but it came back 95. So I guess i have 1.8.9! Thanks!!
Yea, I don't know what these transition animations are... I didn't notice anything different so I assumed Launcher Pro was hiding them. Does LP do that?
OK, I have a question. I have been hearing about the new transition animations, but I don't know that I've seen them since upgrading. Can anyone give me some examples of the new animations and where/when they happen so I can check for them?
Thanks!

They are just how your phone transitions between apps and whatnot. It's hard to explain what they look like. Switch from one app to another and you'll see it. Open market, open facebook, etc. Also when you press the back key from one page to another it has a different animation as well.
