Patch to go from Plain to Themed:

Would the themed to plain patch work with the linear theme?

These patches were specifically designed to replace the files that differ between these two versions of the ROM. I have no clue what files are replaced by the linear theme.

Make sure you have Droid X Bootstrapper installed, then open it and press Bootstrap Recovery. (ROM Manager is COMPLETELY dependant on Droid X Bootstrapper to do all of it's ROM/nandroid related tasks...)

Then try again. :)

Titanium restored something that was related to system app/data.

Reload Focused again, and make CERTAIN this time you don't restore ANYTHING system related.. you should be fine.

This is why I hate having that option on Titanium. I have accidentally done that before.
 
Maybe this is a dumb question, but any idea when OTA gingerbread will be released? The leak is tempting but I typically wait for the official release.

This ROM is only themed as GB. Honestly, I would rather have a Rubix ROM over any stock Motorola crap regardless.

Mine did the same thing. I have around 700 photos so it just took awhile. By the time I was done bringing back all my apps through titanium they were showing up. dancedroid

"The leak"? There is no current leak of GB that works on DroidX... or am I missing something. All we have right now are themes, and some bits and pieces that can be made to work with 2.2.1... And those are only currently available in ROMs.

I don't expect to see another major patch from Moto/VZW for a MINIMUM of 6+ months, and who knows if that would even be GB related. Truth is, there's a fairly good chance that they wont even release a GB build for the DroidX AT ALL...

I just installed the Droid X Gallery Mod by WJD Design and it started working. So now I have a black gallery and the 3d gallery, lol.
