Got my replacement yesterday. Burgundy, fits perfect, has the raised lettering and the molded square hole on the back. I also ordered the car dock, I'll report back once I get it.

I called customer service and the lady said that all issues had been fixed. I couldn't wait. I can't stand this body glove so hopefully it'll be here Tuesday or Wednesday next week :icon_ banana:

If you push on the bottom right corner of the bottom piece by the Verizon logo, does it squeak?

Yes, a little. I believe that problem cant be fixed without them actually adding another tab to that area. I well say though, the new case squeaks less, but its only been on the phone for a day.

Why do you (any of you) choose the Seidio Case over the Mobi Hardcase?

Got home and opened my replacement case tonight. Didn't fit.

I think I'm just going to call Seidio tomorrow and request a refund after I ship these two cases back.

Ordered mine on 1/24, and the top cover still doesn't fit. Ordered a replacement, hopefully it work this time. :-(

The revised version of the case will be available in the next few weeks for shipping. If you have tried one, two, or three replacements and have no luck, I would recommend you to wait for the official word from us to request for your next replacement. We are going to let the forum members know as soon as we have more information. Again, this affects only a small portions of the Droids and we are confident that many more are happy Innocase owners!

Just as I was about to order the case/holster combo I read this haha! Looks like I will wait until Seidio gives an official update regarding these cases. Thanks!!

Got my car mount today. Comes with everything you would ever need. (Just make sure you really sift through the packing peanuts, I couldn't find one part at first in that sea of styrofoam.) It comes with the charger, a pedestal to attach to the dash if you dont want to mount in the window, car charger, insert for the regular case, and micro-usb to regular usb cable.

Haven't had a chance to put it up in the car yet, still on my desk at work, but I can assure you, whatever usb port is in the thing, it is SOLID. I held it upside down and shook it, nothing. Suction cup is strong, and there is almost no weight to the large block of plastic the phone sits in (literally, it's almost feather-weight), so it should be fine. The magnet works flawlessly, and the phone goes into car mode right away. It locks in just as smoothly as I had hoped, and there is one dedicated micro usb output. $50 is still pretty pricey, but for me it's worth it.

I just received my Droid and my Seidio case and the case fits perfectly! It went on without a hitch and fits like a glove...took me all of 10 seconds to get it on!

I don't know if I received a "new" version or not but am very happy with the case! I will update if I have problems but I am glad I read through this thread and feel like I made the right decision!

We are glad that you liked the Car Kit! I just want to add a corrections that the ports on the Car Kit is actually 2 Mini-USBs and the adapter is a Mini-USB to USB. One is for the power from the Car Charger, and the other is for power out to an auxiliary device.

True, but one of them is input only, and the other is output only (manual says mixing them up could fry the device.) That's why i said only one output.

They mean that one or more of the tabs that latch the case on to the phone dont fit.

Got my case today and the front piece does not fit. They said some of the droids are different sizes but when I looked closer I saw the tabs on the bottom of the cover are not big enough to grip anything. The top ones are bigger and grip perfectly. I dont think its the phone its the tabs are not big enough. When they made them they smoothed them down too much. Even if I put the bottom tabs on first they do not grip good enough. So all this talk about the droids being different sizes I dont think to be the issue. If your cover does not fit take a look and let me know what you think.
