ok found something.. when typing in the web address bar or when typing the name of a contact and it gives you suggestions, the suggestion bar takes up the space in the text field box. this makes it unable to read anything that you type. so its not that big of a deal since theres almost no suggestions but for when you make suggestions available, this will be a big issue

There's a bug in the Droid in landscape view. The window for the type is two narrow and only part of the typed letters show.

Also if I hold a key too long, it imputs many letters unlrelated to the key pressed.

this keyboard is my default now. I tried Better Keyboard a while back, and I didn't seem to type more effectively or accurately with it. Yours on the other hand, is pretty damn great. Can't wait for the pro version! I'm usually pretty cheap, and only have one paid app on my phone. I'm proud to say I'll be making yours my second!

It works great for me. In the paid version can you make it possible for people to select a different keyboard in portrait mode. Your keyboard makes 2 handed typing in landscape great but i have better keyboards for portrait.

You can always select another keyboard as long as you have all of them checked in settings. LONG press on the text input box, and select what keyboard you want!!

I spent the whole night on it, and Smart Keyboard PRO version 1.0.0 is finally available!
I tested it extensively, but please tell me if important bugs jumped into this first release! Enjoy suggestion, auto-correction, contact and user dictionary!
There are english, french, spanish and russian dictionaries, which are selected on demand when you switch the keyboard layout.
I also added the swipe option to toggle the alt symbols, but that was the easy part
The landscape view has also been fixed a bit, as the key height was too big (at least when displaying the suggestion bar)

Time to sleep now

Awesome Job! Bought! Don't stop here though! Make this keyboard the Must-have. If you continue to develop this(adding themes, different layouts, etc), you will have very few, but minor competitors.

OK bought the paid version myself and I'm kind of dumb so I need this explained to me. Above the keys them self on top of the letters are symbols. I guess you can access these without going to the symbols button? If so how do you do it?
