[ROM] The CM7 Gingerbread ROM (CM4D2-GB) is now ready for prime time!

Yeah, it was pretty odd to be honest. Now that I think about it, the error could have been due to GB. I had selected "Back-up current ROM" and to my knowledge the error took place right as the phone entered Recovery. It did ask for me to reboot and re-start ROM Manager so that an error report could be submitted. I did so, I don't recall then the data being populated into the e-mail.

Whatever the "latest" version was as of 2:00PM EST yesterday was what I was running, 5.0.1.0?

Just flashed the 9/02 nightly (the one labeled incorrectly as 9/03) from ROM Manager and it worked fine...whatever may have happened before doesn't appear to be due to a defect that I can find in ROM Manager. I even included a backup of my existing ROM to make it a more complex action. I've also used the install ROM from SD card option several times over the past few days w/out issue.

I would say that unless we have additional input that there is a problem, that flashing ROMs using the Install ROM from SD Card option or the Download ROM option (to get Gapps) from ROM Manager works...

I'm sure it works. Doing it manually is just my personal preference. Whether its true or not, I feel like I have more control when I can manipulate cwr myself

I had it (quickclock) running and went ahead and installed both supercharger and jakes mod. No problems with all of this? (I don't really even know what they do, lol)

I know I said that I was having a battery problem in an earlier post, but calibrating my battery seems to have solved the issue. 7 hours and I'm still 80% strong, and I've been using PowerAmp for most of the day too! :icon_ banana:

Just be mindful of your voltages. The interactiveX governor doesn't seem to like super low vsel settings (jakes undervolts are fine, but the ones you can set with quickclock can get quite low, which may cause freezes or blackouts). That was just my experience so now I just use jakes undervolt and stopped using qc for the moment.

So I have jakebites installed and I go into terminal and I can get the overclock undervolt to work but I can get the supercharger to work. When I try and run it it gives me an error.

It was the one labled 2011-09-02. Everything else is working good. Do you think I should just reflash.

My terminology might be off I'm talking about the nightly cm7 when I say flash.

just flashed this baby and loving the smoothness & quickness of CM7, I just have two quick questions for the droid community.

1. I can not seem to setup my security pattern, I went to the location & security settings and enabled the pattern option but it still only shows the slider lockscreen, any ideas?

2. When I have an incoming call my LED lights up with a solid magenta, it has never done that in the past. How can I disabled that? I noticed under LED notifications settings LED mode, which option should I use? Force LED on for events? use application settings? force LED on??

I've been experiencing a couple of really annoying bugs lately. One is the intermittent loss of bluetooth connectivity I sometimes expeience; nothing I try succeeds at getting the headset to reconnect to my phone and I usually have to unpair and then re-pair the bheadset to re-establish a connection. The other bug is the intermittent loss of both 3G and voice coverage. Until today, I could fix it only by rebooting. Only just now did I discover that airplane mode was somehow turning itself on and I could get back 3G and voice by turning it off. Is anyone else experiencing these issues? How can I fix them?

Is anyone actually using the interactiveX governor? My phone refuses to wake up undervolted or not. I was watching setcpu and my phone stays at 300 when not touched on ondemand but scales up and down for no reason when set to interactiveX. I'm just failing to see what's so great with it? Thoughts?
