+1 seems to help the battery a little.
i just want to take a minute and say thanks to all the people that use this forum to help noobs like me learn the ropes about things. i (for the first time) flashed the latest version of cyanogenmod and so far its working pretty good (keeping fingers crossed) also to the developers great work! thanks alot guys. i know whenever i need assistance this is by far the best forum to go to.

ok it looks like after a little checking that the problem is that its a new version of netflix. the version is 1.3.0 build 246 this is whats coming from marketplace right now. can anyone check to see if this version is working for them. im running cm7 (ota gingerbread).

I confused your reference to Flash (as in Adobe) and flashing (as in nightlies). Yes, I'm running the most recent (labeled 9/03 in the zip, actually 9/02) nightly and netflix w/out issue. I'd try uninstall/reinstall of Netflix first, if that doesn't work then you could try reflashing the nightly, or (worst case) you might have to wipe data...
That's the version I'm running. 1.3.0 build 2.4.6. Runs perfectly for me.
You mean just taking pics, or using the on-screen zoom - that does appear to cause FCs, at least for some of us. You can enable zoom via the volume keys in camera settings and it works perfectly.
If you're getting FCs from just taking a picture, then you can try clearing data for the camera in Applications>Manage>All apps...
did this and still force closes...also i cant download anything from the market. it keeps saying my device is full and my availiable space on my phone is 6.25 gb and 5.84 gb on my sd card

Did go back to an older version of netflix and that one seems to work of course it keeps wanting me to update and when I did I got the same problem as before. Doing wipe data/factory reset and re-flashing the 9-03 zip now. Keeping my fingers crossed.
edit: also wiped davlik and cleared cache as always
update: no such luck. still no netflix. the only other thing I can think of is to sbf back to froyo then ota to gb, root, and so on and so on.

I've had that issue w/the system thinking the SD card is full in the past as well...not on CM7, though. Your camera FCs and that issue may be related. Sadly, I don't remember what I did specifically to resolve it.
You might try clearing data for the Market, and temporarily moving pictures in DCIM/Camera on the SD card to a new folder or to your PC and try the camera w/that folder empty.
