If this phone doesn't turn out the way I expected it should at the Google Live event in October when they first introduced the phone in Hong Kong, I'm going to be seriously infuriated. I've wasted a lot of my time following this phone by reading forums, news sites, etc (seriously, A LOT of my time), and I better not be disappointed when it's released.
I guess I don't understand all of these rumors reporting drops and worse specs from the specs that were originally reported. Doesn't make sense to me why they would give us a great phone to start, then tear it down bit by bit before it's even released.
Two things are gonna happen:
1. I'm NOT gonna buy any other phone (Rezound, Razr, Bionic, etc.). I just don't want those phones. I want the Galaxy Nexus that I was shown last month.
2. I'm not gonna keep this OG Droid anymore. It's getting unbearable and almost impossible to use.
So that leaves me in a pickle. I need Verizon to release the Galaxy Nexus in all the glory it is supposed to be. Otherwise, I'm dropping Verizon - hell, I might even move to Europe...
