On another note, can someone tell me the pros of a TPU case, TY!

It's a super durable material that is form fitting to the device. One solid piece that the phone slips into, no snapping two pieces together. TPU case are shock resistant and pretty resistant to scratches a scuffs. You could feel pretty confident your phone will be safe after a spill onto the concrete. My wife has a TPU for her Dinc and after several cringe worth spills onto various sufaces, her phone is still flawless.

And I am really trying to be as patient as possible with this release, but I'm starting to crack around the edges....

Well keep in mind we're going off of leaks and comments by those with connections... there has never been anything official/solid from corporate, ever. So while it's frustrating, and this is about as bad as I've seen from the standpoint of leaks going bad, it's the nature of being an enthusiast and someone who can't live another second without knowing info ahead of time.

So embarrassing for Verizon, even if it does come out Friday. They mess with EVERY major launch yet Apple does it seamlessly...and now on multiple carriers without a hitch.
