I've now called 10 stores in the greater LA area.

6 said on sale tomorrow. 3 said not tomorrow, don't know when.

The last one said:

"We just got an email from corporate. They're going to drop the price of the Galaxy Tablet next week and do a Tablet+Nexus Promo thing...so count on having the phone sometime next week, but not tomorrow."

When I pressed this fellow on the fact that other stores had told me they were selling it in the morning (but that HIS store was really close by my house so I wanted to buy it from them), he said... "Those stores are misinformed."

what happens when all these misinformed stores sell the nexus?

Even if it comes out tomorrow, this is a total debacle by VZW. I cannot for the life of me figure out why the complete lack of communication, and how the info blackout works to their advantage.

I'm guessing that when they try to sell it, the system won't let them. So the "lucky" ones who go to those stores will not actually get one. And they'll just be 1000 times more aggravated.

One reseller did say the system wouldnt be able to activate them if they tried for any reason tomorrow, assuming they tried to sell any.

On a more serious and on-topic note, has anyone seen a case with a kick-stand? Thought it was just a gimmick on my Bionic case but it eliminates the need for a dock at home, at work, etc. And makes it easier to set on the nite stand instead of taking the case off and putting in a dock.

Looked in Amazon but all I saw were the gel-type cases. Would really like a kick-stand case. Need to buy it soon so I have it by the 15th when I get my Nexus!

Yeah, the only thing confirmed in this thread is that there is nothing confirmed. So far not ONE piece of leaked information has been true. So just because you have some "source" or leak doesn't mean squat really.
