Yeah, the only thing confirmed in this thread is that there is nothing confirmed. So far not ONE piece of leaked information has been true. So just because you have some "source" or leak doesn't mean squat really.

That's what I have been saying about every leak.

But I thought Friday 12/9 was a confirmed/official release date? /sarcasm

When I think about "by the end of the year", it doesn't seem too bad. I've been following the phone since September, and I'm sure that some of you have waited longer. It's just all of these rumors which have in a sense slowed down time because of the anticipation.

I heard about it the second I ordered my Bionic. I gave my Bionic 3 days, returned it and have been waiting ever since. "The end of the year" is not bad at all, if Verizon holds up to their word(I know, I know) then we have 23 days in which the G-Nex will be released. I like the sound of that rather than November 3rd, 5th, 7th, 17th, 21st, 29th(pre order), December 8th, 9th, 11th, 13th, 15th and whatever other dates we can throw into the mix(hopefully we won't get this far though). I'm just done listening to the rumors, 11 is enough. I'll just have the only Ice Cream Sandwich I can have right now... in my freezer.

So between reps saying tomorrow, some reports for the 13th and just as many for the 15th. Do u guys think VZW is doing this on purpose just to throw us for a loop. I mean they easily could call tomorrow before stores open and confirm release for that day or any other given day so I'm wondering if different stores got told different things. To much info and nothing solid means mixed feelings.

Thats why it is so comical that the phone was postponed again. Its funny to me that you have a delay, then delay the delay, then once thats getting close you delay the delay's delay. For a professional company, thats just unacceptable. To me even if their is all those delay they should have kept people informed somewhat instead of in the dark. Way to blow to interest in the product ya know?

Actually the only thing that's been confirmed was it will be out "by the end of the year". This is not a rumor, I've been told this by 1 executive rep, 5 customer service reps and several stores. Everything else is just bogus, "my sources" this and "leaked documents" that. BOGUS!!!

Well my store's an idiot and still think it's being released tomorrow. They'll probably get the memo tonight or tomorrow that it's not. Er... Hopefully the 13th or 15th is true.

Of all days to take my Honda to the shop for repairs it doesn't yet fully require! I'd totally do a road trip. To heck w/ the stores local to me. None of them have earned the commission they'd get from the sale anyways.

The closest corp store to me, the reps there would finish my sentence when I said, "I'm looking for some info on a phone, it's the _______." lol

And there is a cutie working at my local corp store....maybe I still have time to get into her good graces for a early release :biggrin:

Haha id hop in your car. Must be among the 1st to get this phone. even if it was a drive to idaho or wherever. :biggrin: You wouldn't notice of course. Id be hiding behind your bazooka (i saw your christmas tree) you had buckled in on the chair in the back (your zombie plan im sure? have to be prepared at all times)

It was a confirmed release date. Corporate sent emails saying that was the day but then it got pushed back to the 15th. Corporate sent another email saying that the 15th is the day.

I'm trying to catch up, read, post, go back, reread, post, go back, reread...it never ends. I just hope the joy I find in the Nexus is just as unending.
