I use my phone at work so I'll justify days of playing with my phone that way. I refuse to let work, wife, kids, dogs, blizzards, etc stand in my way.

I had the same problem. I got it to work on my PC but only after trying it several times.

If you read into Negri Electronics on their blog, they explained why Verizon cancelled their order, seems like they were doing some shady ordering to get the phones.
Right fromt their blog post: UPDATE: 9:52AM PST 12/9/2011 .... However it seems that Verizon got word of our intentions and cancelled the order. We are very sorry. We will still receive stock, but the date now is unclear.
