Looks like someone on droid-life got one early through Radio Shack but now the employee who sold it to him is in trouble so the guy is thinking about returning it. I'd do the same, wouldn't want someone losing their job over a phone.

Update: Looks like radioshack let him keep it, they're just going to manually charge his card or some crap later since it wasn't in the system. Lucky guy.

Update: Looks like radioshack let him keep it, they're just going to manually charge his card or some crap later since it wasn't in the system. Lucky guy.

Will VZW even allow them to activate the phone? That would be even worse..new cool phone, sorry you can't use it.

Yeah I wouldn't have thought so, but he said it was activated and works. He put up a pic of the welcome to your Galaxy Nexus email that Google sends you upon activation. Who knows, seems legit to me.
