I was thinking about one of the seidio cases, either surface which i had for the d1 or active... doesnt the otterbox have a built in screen protector that isnt all that good?

I love Seidio Active cases so that would be a great choice, there is even one with a kickstand which is cool.

And the OB does have an SP built in but it took all of 5 seconds and little to no effort to remove.

i went with the surface for now. the active is just silicone with a metal frame... idk, either is probablly just as good... we shall see

Surface is good for sure, Seidio products in general are great. It will protect yet add little thickness to the phone.

Thanks! Also got the invisishield, so far it feels just like the glass did...maybe slightly more resistance

Upgraded from the OG Droid and so far I have been very pleased. Couple of quick questions if anyone has time.

Does the phone stay this slick all the time? Almost dropped it twice.

Anyone seen a audio out via the MHL

I intended to go without a case for a while, but after 3 days of it nearly slipping from my grasp when 1 handing, I broke down. Got the incipio case and its much more comfortable to use now.

I also intended to have a naked phone but thanks to this thin craze, I needed a case. I also got the incipio (feather) and much better now! ^Great gift by the way!

I got mine a few days ago and I love it. My friends are all jealous, except the one that got his a day before I did

BTW, I bought the hard case belt clip combo from Verizon, it has a nice fold out on the back that lets me prop it up to watch movies etc. Not a bad case.

Got mine today and just love it so far! My OG Droid (bought the fist week they were out) was giving up the ghost fast. Will definitely miss the docks I used to charge the phone in my office and at home....

Got mine a 4 days ago, I was starting to get disappointed about signal and battery life issues...rooted and rommed it last night=now great battery and superfast!!!

Just got mine today. I have been looking into this device for months, and have seen lots of videos on the facial recognition. It is amazing that no one is talking about the difficulty to sync facebook with ics. It's a new device so I don't want to root just yet. It must be an easy fix, so sorry if I sound like a newbie. Thanks for the help. Other than this the phone is awsome.
