The Rugged Droid Contest!

I think I need this case because my droids been naked for months.. it has no food or water. It lives in poverty, in a box down an alley with the stray cats and homeless iPhones. It just doesn't fit in, but even the poor iPhones have cases.. my droid does not
Thanks for considering me in this contest, and please make my droid come back home!
It needs to be loved again, it needs to stay with his own kind, the one that is ruling the market. The one that will make Steve Jobs jobless.
Lets get my droid suited up and home... where it belongs

Thank you
-Diordna

Rugged Droid Contest

Guys, I am a 23 year veteran of Law Enforcement with the past 16 years working narcotics and street level crime in low income housing. I have bought and demolished 4 Droid Cases and have only owned my Droid 8 months. The 1st to go was the $29 case sold at the verizon dealer, now I have decided to just keep buying the $5 cases off of Ebay. I am constantly chasing, tackling and eventually apprehending violaters, so without a doubt, I have a lot of backtracking to do to find my Droid. Thank God for the GPS Locator that I installed recently. Please let me have the Innocase, I love that clip on gadget, because I am too tired to keep this up!!! LOL and BE SAFE, Terry

I have kids who love the droid apps so my phone is constantly being tossed around. Who else would not want the best protection from 9 and 10 yr old kids? Most of the time I find it in odd places around the house. They have even knocked off the body glove a few times !!

My droid lives in one of the most hostile-to-electronics environments known to man, one that is normally spoken of only in hushed whispers. It's the sibera of consumer devices, the place technology goes to die. I'm talking of course, of a frat house.

It routinely is dropped, hit with things, has beer poured on it, and as of yet, hasn't complained. While it's taking it's punishment with grit and determination not to show any weakness, it's puny verizon-supplied hard case is starting to show the battle scars it's sustained.

A seido case would be just what my poor phone needs to get through it's days. With that extra layer of protection, the beatings would seem softer, and it would once again be able to dream of freedom.

Im a teenager who loves technology and thats why I bought this phone. But when i not at home hacking my phone or messing around with my computer Im just a regular teenage boy with regular teenage friends who do some stupid things sometimes. My last phone was lost because my friend thought it would be funny to tackle me into a lake when i was least expecting it in the middle of winter (the phone was in my pocket). And the phone before that was crushed by a golf cart. So far my droid has been spared from any accidents like the ones i just said. But in the future i would like for my droid to be as protected as possible from one of those situations since it has another year and a half to go.

I'm a construction worker. I need a rugged case for my Droid to withstand the tough, dusty working environment and protect my phone against knocks and fall from height. Thanks.

I don't deserve the case, I just want it... :)

But if we have to list a job, I do concert productions.

Frat house? Hmm never heard a fraternity brother call it 'frat' ..First thing we were told when we pledged was, "Never call it a frat... you don't call your country a ... " :)

Because no more then 5 minutes after i received this beautiful phone, which was my first smart phone, after haggling with the Verizon guys to let me use another family members upgrade AND going through crap with the previous phone, I drop it.
Not a bad drop, but the edges are permanently damaged.
And then I lose the battery cover, only to find it later trampled over at a supermarket.
And that was day one.

I work construction and my phone is used a lot. The main reason I got my phone is to hopefully take over my uncles business at some point. I mainly roof which I'm always worried about my phone slipping out of my hand, sliding down a shingle roof and falling anywhere from 1-4 stories to cement at the bottom. I also get worried when it starts raining out and we can't stop till everything is water tight so that could be a sprinkle or a down poor.

My phone is part of my job for keeping in contact with the boss to keep him up to date on whats going at the job. I also use my phone to make orders for material, find where out where deliveries are, to find out where I need to be at what time to do estimates for potential customers, keep track of employee hours, gps to find new job sites and the yellow pages comes in useful for when working out of town and need to find a store close by to get materials we didn't know we needed.

I'd love this case I don't have to worry about all those little stones on shingles that get stuck to my hangs scratching up my screen! You should see all of my old phones....they only last a few months.

I am a biomedical equipment repair specialist in the army. My phone spends alot of time in the inter-bowls of medical equipment (camera and flashlight are handy) finding the most obscure problems. There are occasions where the phone did not safely make it back from the machine to my pocket, causing me to lose one Droid already to the cold hard floors that cover my Hospital. This case would help Droid #2 survive its tour of duty.
