How do I get "Verizon Wireless" to show on lockscreen? I have options checked in "user interface", text is not black, I have rebooted, it shows in notifications. All I have is empty black bar that looks out of place with nothing there. Any ideas?

Finally found the setting to kill foreground app on back button long press after rereading release notes. Loving it. Makes exiting stubborn apps so much easier.

This suggestion is for the maker of the rom but what I think you should do is try to speed up the stock browser. What I mean by that is scrolling and zooming have always been choppy on the motorola droid while brlowsing the web. And input from both the software and hard keyboard can be a bit laggy too.

There is no best, they are all good. And will run differently on different phones, same goes with roms. So just start trying them out one at a time for a few days each, give it break in time. Seems after a fresh rom install the cpu will run warm for a day or two then everything will run nice and cool =]

MY experience anyway.

No problems here either. I just can't get used to the flip-flopped volume-rocker music controls. those really need to go back to up being next track, and down for previous.

I think this might be the best rom I've ever had on my phone.

no problems here...wifi, 3g and signal bars all seem fine. Speed is very nice, and things like the market, manage apps, and the app drawer seem to have improved their speed and responsiveness significantly.

BUT...I am not thrilled about Launcher Pro...since he makes you pay for it to work right when you increase # of rows on screen. Loved that FREE feature in ADW...but I am guessing that since ADW was causing all the acore crashes...BD chose LP for its stability.

What annoys me...is while I am deciding if I like launcher pro enough to stick with it... I cannot make my four column widgets show right on a five column screen. I dont want them stretched or squeezed. Just give me the regular widget...and I will figure out what to do with the extra cloumn...but it wont. It makes the widget look like S#!$!

Question...I have tried to install a couple of the apps like fancy weather or any of the apps from the built in apps section.. I get the pop up after clicking on install the fancy weather widget, I select yes I get another window that pops up that says running command... and then nothing else happens..the apps don't install.. any ideas?
