The Ultimate Droid 1.0.0 - Droid 1 Only

Anyone have an issue where the Market won't recognize the apps your purchased after UD 1.0.0? I went from Leaked 2.2D, wiped data/cache 4 times, SPrecovery to UD1.0.0 final, and everything is perfect with the exception that my paid apps dont recognize. And yes, I am using the same gmail account.. I even have the receipts in my gmail account mailbox... weird... and I want my apps back but don't want to repay for them.. rebooted 10 times... no effect? Any ideas? thanks.

Try deleting market data and cache. Then reboot. Then open market and accept agreement. Apps SHOULD show up after that.

How do I wipe Market Data and Cache? Is this different than just Data and Cache in SPrecovery?

DON'T wipe data/caqche from recovery. That will erase all of your apps. Instead, go to Settings>Applications>Manage Applications>All (tab at top). The find market, select it, and clear data and cache from there. You only want to clear the market's data and cache, recovery option clears everything.

Does UD 1.0.0 fix the GPS and WIFI issues from UD 8?

I've been using UD 8 and love everything about it except that GPS takes up to 3 minutes to find my location, often failing while trying. In addition, when I connect to a secured WIFI network, the data connection runs extremely slow, often dropping the connection at random.

Basically, for those who upgraded from UD 8, has UD 1.0.0 fixed the issues mentioned above?

For me GPS is fixed. I had the same issue on UD8. Never had wifi problem you mentioned. My wifi used to have occasional problems trying to connect to saved access point, and that too seems to be fixed.

thanks :icon_ banana:

Only think I am having issues with up to this point is Gmail is not notifying me of messages. In fact, I have to hit refresh while in Gmail to get it to check messages. Anything I can do to fix?

It is doing the same thing to me. BD is coming up with an update zip to fix all of the issues. Not sure when though.

Word. Thanks for the response. Hope it gets fixed soon.

I do love that the GPS gets a fix on ya quick!! UD 8 was driving me nuts with that. Embarrassed me once in front of some folks after I was boasting about the Droid. LOL. Sat there 5 minutes waiting for a GPS location once. That was after they watched me reboot it. DOH!! LOL.
