MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service. And no. You have to download Metamorph from the market (it's free). Once you download that and everything it will place a folder on your SD card named AndroidThemes. Mount your phone and place the .zip inside the AndroidThemes folder. Then, you open up Metamorph, run the checks that it prompts on every startup, and then click extract new theme(something along those lines), bottom left button. You'll go to the REVOlution.zip file and click it. It will do it's thing and probably say that it wasn't written correctly but it still does what it needs to do. Then go and click the other button(existing theme) and it will open the folder, click REVOlution again and it will show a file named REVOlution icon.xml or something like that, click on that one and install. It will have a green M next to the .xml file.
EDIT: It will ask you to reboot, which is normal. Once the phone reboots the change will be made.
