928, thanks for all you do, i love this theme except for the droid eye in place of the lock/unlock swipe (wish it were a modified lock, like the sound on/off swiipe), the plain white signal strenth icons(green to red maybe?) & the battery icon.(no numbers & not a stock looking one)

this is just my honest opinion/constructive criticism & i hope it doesnt offend

No offense taken..just yank open all the apks and change them however you like. As you know there is no way possible for me to to please everyone...except myself

I thought you had 20 droids so you could keep your themes on all of them.

I wish!! Remember I do this stuff for free....

However if you really want to buy me a Droid X....I wouldn't refuse it :icon_eek:

Then I could do themes for both simulateously, already looked at the code, once the DX is on 2.2 the themes for stock ROMs will be pretty much identical. Besides I don't need no Bootloader to Theme that sucker, all I need is Root

I know you just do this for fun but I bet if you put up a "Buy 928Droid a Droid X for theming" link, you could have one by the end of the weekend. Worthy cause, imo. The boring stock theme is one of the major factors keeping me from grabbing a DX.

I gotta tell ya, as many requests I am getting to Theme this ROM or that ROM and with all the free time it is taking up...I am starting to reconsider my position. BUT, to be honest, I just feel funny about it (Donate Links)...can't explain why, I just do.

I know what you mean. However, I don't think anyone would think ill of you with as much time as you, obviously, put into this. Heh, especially if you put the money into a new phone to take up EVEN MORE of your time.

You just have to search and read here on DroidForums...it's all here just waiting for you to learn and do stuff exactly how you want it....exactly what I did.

When I get time I may make a "Beginners Theme Guide" ... just need more time

havent figured out the screen cap stuff yet.

its just that the power widget you know where you put in the new sattelit image. its is now black and white no colors.

OH, you mean the Power Control Widget ICONS are now "Greytones"

Yes, I tried to like the colored ones, but with all the colored Icons in the Status Bar and all the app shortcuts it was starting to look "over the top" for me...plus it didn't match the other factory Widgets. ...decided to do them all in greytones...if you notice the Music Widget is now also in greytones to match.

Depending on the ROM you are using I can send you a Zip file with the colored Icons in it and you can replace the other ones.

OK, i found a guide off site that i understand & i have opened the files. ive noticed that there are 2 types of battery.
1. the round battery thats in your screen caps
2. the stock looking battery that i have that has the #'s in it
is there a setting in the phone that i can switch to use the round battery?

im using the frgo1b odexed vers

Don't take this the wrong way but, this is a Thread about my Themes...not about how to learn to Theme

I need to use thes threads for support and updates, hope you understand.

AND, the answer to your questions are already in this thread (I have posted them at least 3-5 times already)...take the time and read thru or search just this thread (option is just above fiirst horizonal "banner") for "battery" and you will find it faster.
