I've deleted it twice.. it seems to cure it for a bit, then back to the same error message.

Thats way too strange. I would say wipe that phone spotless clean and try to flash the ROM again. I have not had any issues as of yet on this ROM. Very ncie work BD...

I will wipe data/factory reset... Then wipe cache partitions, and see how it goes...

OK, Cool... This is my first ROM, it is way cool.(Heavy on the Cool)...I did wipe data and cache and all is good thank you...Peace...

I was wondering, what kernel would be the best to run with UD8? I was thinking a Chevy, but is there something better someone could suggest to get decent battery life and a low temp? a P3 maybe? I really want to make UD work on my phone, it's amazing!! I've always had draining and heat issues before with UD.

Personally I like Chevy, but I also think its good enough on the stock 800 kernel. Super smooth!

This will be my first attempt at installing a different ROM, but what better one to start with than this one. At least from what I've read so far.
So I'm pretty sure of the proceedure for SPRecovery so do I
First wipe data factory reset then wipe cache then do the install ?
Everyone seems to be saying to do each 3 times, is this the Proceedure to follow ???
Hope I don't need it but I have all my stuff backed up with Titanium Backup...
