Plus FYI... if you look at droid-life.com right now there is a video thats being sent around to peoples phones and the number is different than the main customer service number, has anyone tried that number yet? the one posted at the end of the video on droid-lifes page???
If your talking about the 800 number that is the number I used and I am was able to upgrade one of my accounts.

and ironically i called the verizon customer service number and thats the guy that was finally able to help me not the *611 people, either i was lucky and got someone that was smart or the number dialed made the difference.
I called the number at the end of this video 3 times and all the times I was able to upgrade so I am upgrading for sure I can't wait!
