folders freezing up

Has anyone else had an issue with a folder refusing to open? I have had to dump all my folders as they were refusing to open, I could move them, but no access to the apps inside. very weird and frustrating!

My systems administrator says that he has all of the settings I need to configure my VPN, however the names/prompts DROID asks for when configuring VPN are not the same ones he enters on other phone (iPhone for example). For example it does not ask a login id, but does have secret. Is there somewhere I can go to get a better explanation of what goes in each of the required configuration fields ? We are using L2TP/IPSec PSK VPN.

This is one reason new smartphones are so 'off' in their battery assessments at first. And why most laptops (and some new OS) have cycling programs built into them and recommend an "cycling" every so often.

If cells have not been first balanced and equalized then those same cells are discharged, they will hit bottom before some of the stronger cells.
There are dangers of reverse polarity forming or damage to cells that are brought to bone bottom.

Most cells are protected and drop out "before" they reach that dangerous critcal level.

In a nutshell.... give them a good healthy charge at first and after everytime they have been in prolonged storage... then just use them.

I keep mine on the charger all the time every night when not in my pocket.

Speakerphone Echo?

I tried searching this thread and couldn't find an exact match to my issue. When I use my speakerphone, people on the other complain that they can hear an echo of their own voice. It makes the speakerphone unusable. I tried resetting the phone... I even exchanged it for a new one. Does anyone have a solution to this?

You sure about this? From what I understand the mic cuts off when there is sound coming from the speaker and it will turn back on once the sound from the speaker stops in order to pick up your voice sounds. Plus most if not all speaker capable phones today have echo cancellation features to prevent echo from caller sounds.

I have been driving with volume full on because I cannot hear otherwise (road noise) and the other party has never complained about echos or hearing their on voice.

I have lost all of my text msgs... LOTS I also have lost contacts as well because they were saved in what I thought was never going to disappear text area... It force closed and now I have lost 100s of pics and important msgs.... WHAT HAPPENED?!?!?!

I think it may work that way with bluetooth in your car, but not sure about the speaker phone..... there is a loop somehow.

Do a test and try turning down your speakerphone to rule that out.

Deleting Apps

I downloaded volume control because my silent mode kept going on by itself. Now after downloading Volume control mu phone will not ring. How can I delete volume control

If I turn the volume down I will not be able to hear them... I am not sure what to do. I saw there is a ##PROGRAM trick, but I am not sure if this applies to my situation. I don't know if the voice privacy has anything to do with it either.
