It shouldn't be locked but you can call *611 just to be sure.

I'd like to upgrade my primary line - I have 3 months left until the 2 year upgrade period. I'd like to upgrade through Wirefly so I can get the Incredible for free, but the price they are quoting me for my same plan is $10.00 more than Verizon - will Verizon charge me that extra $10 or will it just continue on as before?

I'm going to guess you're reading the plan information incorrectly.
 
OH! Thank you so much for clearing that up!! One more quick question - I have an employee discount - will that carry over? I really appreciate your patience, it's been a long day!
 
I recently added data and found a post that some signed for data plan and when they got their bill it was 35 pages; is this true for unlimited plans as well or lower priced plans? In other words does it list every site visited?

Absolutely not. The only thing that shows on the bill data wise that would actually be listed out are purchases (games, ringtones, vz navigation, etc).
