I don't see February even being a possibility.

HTC/Verizon have had rights to the name since December. I don't see how there would be any dispute, other than the fact that Apple could use its never ending abyss of money to bribe judges and pay lawyers

Ah but they dont have bribe judges. All Apple has to do is file a copyright infringement suit against HTC. Knowing full well that will lose, but it would delay the release of the HTC TB.
And are we sure Apple didn't apply for the name last year or something?

To stay with topic.. If memory is correct.. Verizon has some "plan" laid out that they are releasing one phone a month starting from i*hone on.. TB was supposed to be the Q1 March release, but with all the pressure they tried to push back to Feb.. Well since Feb is not happening could this "plan" now throw the TB back to March and the original date could have been March 3, 4 the whole time? Or could have been end of March and as long as they hit end of March they are still Q1? Just more to think about..

Im not sure what he's saying about the unicorns... but i guess the 28th is still a possibility(I am praying it is. Ive been eligible to upgrade since January 11th and im stuck with an old BB curve). And to those saying it wont be out before the end of march...looks like your wrong right now.

If the TB gets pushed back to late March or possibly even into April, am I the only one considering holding out for the Bionic? I feel as though the kinks with the 4g network, the delays, and a lot of the issues they're finding as of current will be worked out by then, especially since the Bionic seems to be given a lot more time to get 'worked on' between now and its release. Furthermore, its significant tech boosts bar the UI and locked bootloader.

Doesn't look like we're wrong right now. It'd be a stroke of genius to keep that information this quiet within days of release. The shipment of TB's would have to be either in store or in store tomorrow in order to post a full-release on the 28th.
