I sure hope we do. If we don't then I just wasted about 75 bucks on 2 screen protectors and a case that will be arriving tomorrow for a phone that doesn't even come out lol. That would suck!!

The "Thunderbolt" trademark thing you guys are talking about has NOTHING to do with the HTC TB.

Just baseless Apple hating brought on by that random troll and his random trolling.

Why he even brought that port up baffles me.

I went and picked up an Incredible due to the constant delay of this phone. And so far, I'm happy with my decision. I'm an impatient person, and there's no reason this phone shouldn't be released yet. If it's skype that's holding it up, who cares. They could have released it without skype and updated whenever it was in order. I personally wouldn't mind having to do a few updates days later after I had the phone. They must think it's a big deal :icon_evil:

According to a legal case from a year or two ago (I don't remember which one) common words like "thunderbolt" cannot be completely trademarked. "HTC Thunderbolt" can be and it can likely get limited exclusivity/protection to prevent other cell-phones getting named "thunderbolt", but the word "thunderbolt" itself legally cannot be exclusively trademarked. The Apple thing shouldn't be a legal issue. (though it's probably not a coincidence).

According to my visit at the local Verizon, the "greeter" girl said March 28th. At this point I could hardly contain my laughter. She said, "First it was the 14th then it was the 24th now it's March 28th" I wanted to be like "Don't you mean... February 28th?" She said I could talk to a sales rep if I wanted to after others on the list got talked to. I didn't feel that waiting for 4 people to be helped before me was worth it.

This is not news so don't take it as such. Just a little laugh.

So besides finding out the XOOM is pretty heavy... I got nothing.
