When Will the ThunderBolt Be Available for Purchase

We were getting really close to the 5,000 required posts in order to release the phone. Now we have to start all over!

My money is on the 28th. The only inside person i've talked to said it was pushed back from the 24th. Then the other interesting post was the one about VZW saying they would get a phone out "this summer" and released it on the last day of summer sept 22. I think that they'll release the TB on the last possible day of "Febrero". They're just messing with us.

Yea it is bs about the closing of the other thread it seems like the moderators need to be moderated that was a good thread too.... That is one thing I don't like about these forums you can't have a debate without some moderator stepping in its dumb

A little frustrated that the other thread was closed. Deal with people that are inappropriate. Do not punish the vast majority of us who were appropriate for well over 4,000 posts. I am a middle school counselor and if anyone knows about drama and childish antics it is me. There were only a few "adolescents" in the last thread they should have been given the boot and allowed the rest of us adults to carry on.

I KNOW..so did I. And I'm not sure why it was shut down. If we are posting on it then how has it "run it's course." Maybe that person is having a bad day and just took it out on us. I thought this forum was a democracy?? I'm gonna try and start a new thread just about the HTC TB because people wanting to talk about this phone shouldnt have to happen upon it because they just so happen to look at this poll? Regardless of what the latest speculation I'll stop at my local VZW Corp store in the A.M. Only because I won't have to go that far out of my way to do so.

Yeah, its disappointing the other thread got shut down. Hookbill posted numerous warnings about going off topic and it continued so I can't say the close was not justified.

Closing that thread makes people upset, and in turn those people keep everyone here in check so it doesn't get shut down, too. Let's move on, and not flame the mods that keep these threads from getting hijacked.

That said, I'm still on board for feb 28th.

Well you are rude and I think you are being ridiculous. I don't feel welcome any longer. I'm going back over to AndroidCentral but I'm sure you don't care! And..we were perfectly happy posting in the other thread until YOU GUYS decided to tell us what to do and I've been reading it all day and can't even figure out what you had your panties all in a wad about anyway!
