Which ROM is best?!?!

I loved apex of Froyo, but I don't know if I can stay away from all the customization of CM7, It makes life so much easier with status bar toggles and search key long presses along with others. But I've been hearing a lot of good things about Apex RC3, I'm going to have to give that a shoot for a few days.

Cyanogenmod is now on Gingerbread. It fixed the battery issues and a few others.

Its got the camera and all the other fixes built in. Just flash the ROM and Gapps.

Yes but for some reason I can't pull it up today on my DX of PC...I already installed it yesterday, and it is awesome!!

Have you run chevyno1s ssx2.1, its got an ssx toolbox and its cm7 based so it has all the cm7 mods as well. The only reason I switched to apex was because you can't run android overclock with ssx and I like android oc the best for OC on my dx

I've been running CM7 on the new GB kernel and am still seeing about the same battery life. I'm flashing Apex to see how that go's now.

Did you give it a day and calibrate the battery. Pretty much everybody, including myself has had better battery life.

Yeah, I calibrated and let does completely and fully charged it again and was Dow to 30% after about 6 hrs

I use my phone hard, from downloading music to web browsing and watching videos. I can make it around 10 hours on the stock battery. Which is pretty decent considering stock was less for me.

I'm back on Darkslide though since I am using my HDMI alot lately.

I haven't tried Darkslide yet...What benefits does it have as far as HDMI? Can you mirror you phone screen?

I don't know...both. I'm guessing I would run v4.2 since I'm now on .602

Darkslide X is for GB. Darkslide 4.2 is Froyo.

I have been watching alot of Netflix using the RealHDMI app to project it onto my 42" LCD. Its nice.
