Almost makes me wish I'd waited, but 64GB should be plenty for me. My Note's got 32 onboard and I've got a 32GB sd card. I set Play Music to download my entire Thumbs Up list, which is creeping up on 10GB now...I could really whittle it down to just stuff I'd really want to be able to play when I'm low on data or out of service range, but why?

Without an SD card, I'll be able to move back to using Google Photos as my main gallery app, since I won't have to worry about it not being able to delete device copies of pics and videos that are on the sd card, so I'll set it to upload over wifi and while charging on the 6P like it is now and then periodically delete device copies. Wish they'd make that a bit more intuitive. The default seems to be to delete from everywhere. I'd rather have to dig for that option and know that my pictures are still backed up and visible, just not stored locally. Not that I take a ton of them anyway.

Boy...I'm rambly this morning. Most of my posts so far have been rather long.

But, since I don't have the phone yet, all I can do is formulate my game plan for when I finally do.

I'm going to give it a few days, I was hoping to buy it from Google to get the $50 Play Store credit. If that date passes I will probably just get it from Huawei. I'm not in desperate need for it, just growing eager.. Need patience

Ah man. Don't remind me that I missed out on that Play Credit. I had forgotten all about that. Oh well. I get enough free movies for owning the Chromecast and make money on Play Opinion Rewards for purchases in the store that I don't really need.

I'm in the same boat, 64GB will be plenty likely. But without Nexus Protect which I budgeted for, that leaves money for more storage if I get it from Huawei.

Oh yeah, that same article that said Huawei now has 128GB models said they don't give you a ship date at checkout, but Huawei said they'd ship early November, so we're probably all looking at the same shipping window.

I kinda do....The camera sucks so I hardly take pics, my music is Spotify and I don't play games. I honestly just text and call with my phone. GPS usage when I'm traveling and training for races.

I still cringe when I see you post these.

My order status now says "Leaves warehouse by November 5th" instead of 2 to 3 weeks. The order # is gray now instead of green.
