Give me a tracking ID. Smaller packages are the weak point in package sortation systems unfortunately. They are the most common lost or missed because there's so much room to slip through the cracks or are easy to overlook. It's something we're working on as a company.
I think it's funny that Google now doesn't see the UPS emails as packages that I'd like to track...
Thanks man, but it's just a thing, frustrating but not nearly as bad as what you and Jonny been through.
The box the phone came in wasn't what I'd call a small package ... I order 90% of what I buy online, most of it ships UPS and I've come to take their delivery dates as Gospel, so it's just a huge disappointment to expect something because they told you so, only to have them "change their mind" at the last minute.
No phone for you.
The whole shipping situation sucks. People who ordered after us got their phones first.
Yeah. When I preorders my Note 4 from vzw, they were all delivered on the day of or day before they were set to be available in store.
Again, they didn't have such a deadline, but you'd think they'd want them to show up in some sort of order or all together.

Wtf?! My phone is no longer scheduled for early delivery tomorrow. It's back to saying it's scheduled for delivery on Thursday.

I guess I was one of the lucky ones. I got mine the day after it shipped. Which was 5 days after I ordered it.

Lol I kinda feel the same way. I'm not home yet so I can't verify it's there, but the teaching l tracking information said it's delivered. Normally things do not go smoothly for me, so I'm wondering what went wrong that I haven't found out about yet.
