Tried it again. MTP mode all the way, fresh restart of the phone. No go. Still hangs at "daemon started successfully"...

Did u install the new drivers? ICS requires new drivers

Yea we just determined it's not the file. There is something on his PC that's blocking this from working IMO. I told him to FULLY uninstall the drivers one more time and reinstall the moto driver manager from the link I posted earlier and see if that works. If not, he'll be back for more help cause I don't know what else to try.

I know this has probably already been covered, but do you have it set to allow installation of unknown sources? I saw you already have debugging set.

Could be the unknown sources is the issue. Just a thought.

Hm...I didn't even think of that. I'll check it out in the morning. I think I had already allowed that, but not sure...Thanks for the idea.

Fxz back to 902 root use ota root keeper an update to 905 then .232 I know it sucks but at least u will have root
