I believe MOOT was chosen as a derivation of WOOT, one meaning of which is We Owned the Other Team. In this context it probably refers to the Moto vs VZW "negotiations" and means Motorola Owned the Other Team.

Not only was that very interesting, I also learned the origin of WOOT today!

Nice to see you test the heat dissipation of the OMAP. One of the materials I made helps to get the heat out of that package. It is working way beyond spec for you right now. Great way to test it.

Bah...tried to install .246 via hob, but the script rebooted my phone into ap fast boot, but then hung on rebooting into boot loader. I'll mess with it again tomorrow.

That's what mine did. Had to do a factory reset and if you re-start HOB you'll find an option to fix the Flash (it was late last night when I was messing around). I figured it out eventually (of course right after I asked Samuri), so you should be able to too!

Don't make the assumption it's the same issue. The description of the problem is lacking so you can't assume what the issue is.

WHEEEWWW!!!! finally got through the 40 pages added since yesterday evening! what a peyton place, three bricked phones, a couple of install failures, an uncountable number of Star Wars, Monty Python references and some of the most original insults I've ever read, man, if I had real internet at home, I could cancel my DirectTV subscription and just hang out here for entertainment!
