YEAH baby! My Demo will be here today!

Why they would remove it is stupid because even the Inspire 4G has it... :(

Well, just because this Demo phone doesn't have it (or htcsense.com stuff) doesn't mean the final products won't. I read many times over that the TBolt will have HTC Sense connectivity. Here's hoping!

I am as well, it extends the customization of the phone by a whole margin because of being able to download new skins, wallpapers, sound themes, notifications, and widgets (and exclusive HTC only apps) :)

One more question i have, does it have RockBand on it?
this will answer whether or not this is the final firmware since the one released err-ummm, leaked is the final firmware

I really appreciate your time in answering my and others questions.

Same here, I simply joined and registered just to thank you.

PS. I didn't see answer on wifi hotspot. Have you tested it?

Tested and works. So does the USB Tethered connection.

Does the USB tethered connection cost extra, like the WiFi hotspot?

Even if it does, there's an EPST hack that lets you get hotspot/tethering for free and Verizon won't know the difference, it works on the official Hotspot app too, I have used it on my Incredible many times when i was in a jam with no internet access.

I don't know... it did on the Blackberry phones I had, but my Droid X doesn't tether. Since this is a Demo phone, I have no access to the billing or features of the TBolt.

Rockband is on the phone. I honestly think that HTC is still working on getting the HTCSense Site/features up and running, and perhaps THAT'S the reason why the phone's release has been "delayed." (But how can a phone be delayed when the company releasing it never announced a release date? :) )

The tethered service is usually a lot cheaper than the WiFi Hotspot service, and offers better benefits (charges phone while tethered, etc.) I would rather pay the extra $$ not to have to "hack" anything, but that's just me...

When you go into EPST, you enter a code (by default its 0000) and you change your user name in the 3G settings from [email protected] to [email protected]

its as simple as that, because it will think your using all the data on your phone, when it switches to DUN, it knows your tethering or using hotspot

Thanks for the info again :)

and yeah, HTC sense.com, which HTC admits, has gotten far more users than expected and there working on improving the site and getting it fixed.

its still in Beta so i guess that makes sense (no pun intended) lol :D

I saw somethings saying it wasn't coming with the 32g SD card. Does this have the 32 gigs?

Sent from my Droid using DroidForums App

HTC Thunderbolt won't sync to HTCSense.com

Now i'm begginning to wonder...

I'm starting to think Verizon castrated this phone... just because of the free stuff on HTC Hub...

even the Inspire 4G has HTC Hub, and AT&T handicaps there Android phones (ie: no sideloading without root)

CTIA is coming up and Sprint just sent out invites for the Android blogs, EVO2? :)
If the ThunderBolt when it launches doesn't have what it SHOULD have vs the Inspire 4G, it will be enough for me to convince myself to finally switch to a non-Nickel and dime you to death carrier. I could care less about call quality since I don't use it for voice, I use it for data mostly and a phone as a means of communication when needed but nothing more...

Thanks again Johnboy for the info
