I'm glad I didn't get too excited over the update. I think this is a great reason to get an unsubsidized phone like the Nexus. That way, when it's update time it's really update time. Google will most likely just post the update on their servers and people can just have at it.
if this is true i really think verizon/moto loses any credibility they have as a company. complete & total BS. i dont even care about the damn bug, just push out the update then do another push when they have the fix...F*cking A.

It has not been delayed! I asked @MotoMobile if the update was delayed. Their response:
MotoMobile @ParrisP The update is being released to a small amt of test users today and will begin rolling out to the gen public soon after.
