246 update on QA server now.

So, here's a random thought... What if Google/Moto really flexed their muscles with VZW and as a result all Bionic owners get a free upgrade?????

Just sayin':crazy::popped out:
I honestly thing that Google/Motos "plan" for the Bionic is to continue to support it through JB, thus giving us the 2 major updates they alluded to. Even if that means extending support slightly beyond 18 months. As the phone is more than capable of handling JB, taking care of us via a software update would be MUCH more cost effective than giving us a free upgrade.

Truly, I think moto deliberately leaks these OS build to the community for "alpha" testing.

RMD

That is not true the leaks are being stolen by cheese cake. Cheese cake is a hack tool created by XDA to hack the moto internal servers to pull these updates that are only meant for testing by the engineers an they became aware of it an bumped up the security that's why cheese cake doesnt work on ICS

I'm sick to death of the "if they really wanted to stop the leaks they'd up the security" posts. You know what? They already did. Try cheesecaking on ics and see how well that works. You asked for increased security.... You got it.

Motorola's official upgrade page has been updated this morning. Q4 is now stated as the new roll out period for the Bionic. I guess Punit Soni's post on his Google+ page was true with regards to updating the upgrade page soon.

First of I would like to say Thank you to SamuriHL, Dave12308, sargentmajord and all the other fine folks here :hail:

As I was dumping my Dell laptop last night and reading this forum on another one and this is what I came you with :blink:

Dell laptop with Win7 64bit
Dell Bloatwhare (removed from ISO :biggrin: Thank God)
Windows Update = over 160 updates

What if my ISP had to appove all windows updates :icon_eek:

Hmmmm I might as well open the front door and put flashing lights, so the Crack heads could rob me blind :mad:

Well that you that isn't the case :biggrin: Moto made the hardware - Google Made the OS - And damn Verizon is the ISP :icon_evil:
