K, gotcha, you swapped out the .886 files with the .893 files...

All the files are identical from your NEWVRZ to the VRZ I linked...down to the MD5s...??

yes everything except the CDT recovery.img boot.img an on the .886 i had to take the same files i modifed in the .893 FXZ an put them in the .886 FXZ cuz if i didnt the .886 wouldnt flash over any ones system u would not be able to update or flash the .893 FXZ over the .886 FXZ if u some how manged to flash the .886 FXZ over ur system. even if u put the stock .893 files in the .886 it would not work u have to use my modified ones an i will have to restrip both my FXZ files down when the next update comes out if there is one before ICS but hopefully not

Looks like the exact same .893 that appears to have a name change... I haven't tested so I'll take your word for it that the original is different in some way that the NEW one...

its not after i updated to .901 an lost root i tried to flash back to .893 with the regular FXZ an it failed an put me in a nasty ap Flashboot failure after i modified it it worked an since the 902 update is the same base as the .901 it was easily compatible with my FXZ files without needing modification but unfortunately this will not be the case if moto pushes out another update for the bionic before the ICS update

Good job... I've tested and do see that you took the original VRZ_XT875_5.5.893.XT875.Verizon.en.US_CFC_01.xml and changed out the leaked img files with the OTA ones.... nice job:happy3:

No fraud accusations involved, more a thorough explanation of what the files were per se... just clarifying what exactly you did to come up fiew the NEWVRZ file.

Great job ..... btw I've tested it and it came from .902 and booted up perfectly to .893. Now just gotta check my fastboot menu for any errors, and see if I can take an official .893 to .902 OTA...

Yeah I did see that and have the .902 OTA downloaded...but trying a few more things to root and forever root prior to accepting the .902

hmmm ur back on .893 an u cant root thats a first have tried any of my exploits in the op or are u using a different one cuz dhackers exploit wont work with this fxz an a couple others the one s in my op are the only ones so far that are proven to work

Alright...FOREVERRooted and back on .902.... Worked great bro.

I was already forever rooted on .902 but decided to give this a test run and it worked with flying colors... ...no fastboot errors whatsoever, did take a couple attempts to forever root, and accepted to .902 OTA perfectly... beats the extra step of going to .886
