My guess is that OTA ICS for the Bionic won't be here until the summer.

Your probably right on the ota... they were predicting about 6 months when ics was announced.

I'll have to check it out tonight when I get a chance to flash. It says in the OP that it is still being worked on, maybe he just forgot to update the post.

Just got Alpha8 installed and running. Holy smokes, it's like another world. This is amazing and I am very eagerly awaiting the final version of this ROM. Thank you so much.

Sound working on both speakers ringtones etc, still scratchy.

First time doing anything beyond root on my Bionic...figured it was worth my time. Not sure if you're after feedback/stuff I'm finding, but here's the list anyways:

I'm getting a lot of app crashes, often when I start stressing animations. This includes things like the browser, Google+, and even the Launcher/Settings processes.
It does seem a little laggy in the animation department sometimes (relative to the Nexus, which is a "faster" phone)
Trying to turn the Hotspot on results in a loss of the WiFi connection with no way to get it back other than a reboot.

Beautiful work you're doing here. It's preventing me from running out and buying a Nexus.
