[ROM] [Alpha] Ics4Bionic 01-25-2012

First time doing anything beyond root on my Bionic...figured it was worth my time. Not sure if you're after feedback/stuff I'm finding, but here's the list anyways:

I'm getting a lot of app crashes, often when I start stressing animations. This includes things like the browser, Google+, and even the Launcher/Settings processes.
It does seem a little laggy in the animation department sometimes (relative to the Nexus, which is a "faster" phone)
Trying to turn the Hotspot on results in a loss of the WiFi connection with no way to get it back other than a reboot.

Beautiful work you're doing here. It's preventing me from running out and buying a Nexus.

not out of the ordinary with an alpha release ... you're helping them test it.. if you want their reliable rom kin3tx is awesome... I can't wait for a beta or final ICS!

Well, sure. What kind of tester would I be if I wasn't providing feedback?

Good to hear that some of the issues are things that can be ironed out, and not just a result of the phone being unable to handle the software.

so I am new to flashing roms and I would like to try this out simply becasue my awesome dad just bought the nexus. Where can I download this? Thanks.

Decided to give this a try, excellent I must say! and i found that data works when connected to WiFi, both 3G and 4G. Only things i see need fixing other than the data your working on is that the lights on the Menu,Home,Back, and Search buttons doesnt go off when the screen is off. besides that its awesome.dancedroid

Turn auto brightness on and the home buttons will shut off with the screen

has anybody run this on their Bionic for more than, I don't know, half a day to a day? I'm wondering if you're seeing issues like these:
It would be funny if it ran better on the Bionic than on the Gnex... :)

Yeah, I just installed Alpha8 last night at around 9, and the battery was basically drained by 12:30 -1 am.
