So what was the issue with getting 3G/4G? And does having the nexus make this easier as far as a pretty good open phone with a lte radio to work with? Thanks for all your hard work its coming along really fast :-D:icon_ lala:

Fantastic. Having the perfect audio, including notifications, is just great. I still can't use it as a daily just yet, video playback, camera and data are just too important. Still, I love watching the progress on this.

dh this is great man. i put it on for a bit and played around love it. when you 3g/4g data and camera working i will be on board full time. but those are a must for me. but awesome so far!!!

The bionic uses IMS authentication for 3G(eHRPD) and 4G so that's the hold up the Samsung app isn't working

idont know how. which sucks -.- i used safestrap n i was stuck in bootloop on Ics so i format the system data cache and osh. reinstalled. after it startted i skip setups cus i had no wifi or 1x . after i tried enabling the 1x n it wasnt working . *#*#4636#*#* n changed to gsm only n after i did that i airplane modeed n waited lk 2 seconds then switched back. thats when 3g appeared n it was quite fast. i loaded gmail n downloaded apps along with taking loads of snspshots. lol after that i was walking around n checked my phone to see that it stoped n i went back to no data *WOMP* .

So i currently have 1x right now. But after messing with the network settings, i have had 3g pop up a couple times, but hasn't been persistent.

I havent been able to get 1x on any network type. For gsm only, i actually lose all my bars. Anyone else having similar issues or have an idea?

Reboot. then put cdma only wait then put gsm for 1x

Root?

I dont seem to have root access? Is this to be expected? Do i need to re-root since installing this ROM??
