That's what works for you, but nearly everybody seems to have a different procedure for success. The only way mine works is CDMA only followed by WCDMA preferred and toggling Radio off and back on. For the first 15 attempts, connections jumps from unknown to eHRPD. A few more tries and it jumps from unknown to LTE and after some more it starts jumping to 1x but doesn't connect the first few times, but finally does. After that, it hooks up nearly every time. It's almost like it's learning.

I just discovered something. I read on another forum that certain parts of the country are experiencing an LTE outage and they started getting 3g. We are still up on 4G here, so I went to Settings/Wireless& Networks/More/Mobile Networks/Network Mode and selected CDMA. My phone switched from 1x to to 3G and has stayed hooked up there ever since!

Yes, Verizon began experiencing another network outage last night, including 3G.

Ok, is it just me, or does the pic with the app tray have an app that says 'FM Transmitter'??? Is this possible? Does it come with this rom? Can I get it without? Thanks in advance!

I would use this ROM full time if 3G works and I could get root access. Not every app available for Bionic shows up in the Market. I bought GTA3 yesterday, but because I don't have root, I can't modify build.prop, so it doesn't show up in the market. I thought about backing up the APK and installing it, but I don't think that works in this case. I also can't set any static wallpapers. Otherwise, this ROM is already so close.

FM Transmitter is cool. It makes you use headphones as the antenna. It is included in the KINETIX rom too. I don't think it works in the ICS rom. I can't get any decent signal but it is definitely functioning. I can hear faint music on one station. I just need a better antenna I guess.

I've made several phone calls with this rom and haven't had any issues. I'm pretty sure all audio is working at this point.

That's TRANSMITTER not FM Radio or receiver. That would be to like transmit music from phone to say, your car radio.
