Well 200,000 isn't THAT much compared to how many total droid users are out there. And probably over 70% of them are sleeping now, so it might take a few days for some people..

But on the verizon forums one of the workers from vzw said that 200,000 updates will be released until every droid user has the update? Correct me if im wrong..

Well 200,000 isn't THAT much compared to how many total droid users are out there. And probably over 70% of them are sleeping now, so it might take a few days for some people..

Well a couple of days ago there was 9000 people that got it and there was a couple of oeople in here that got it so maybe this time there would be a few of us getting it. It should take about an hour for all the 200,000 to get it (I'm guessing).

When 2.01 was pushed it was random and I had to wait until 5am until it appeared. They are not all pushed at once.

I'm not expecting it to pop up just as the clock hit 11pm CST, they probably go out in waves so as not to overwhelm the servers and ensure integrity of the file coming down. Probably so many per hour. Chances are small of my getting it tonight but its' fine. It will happen.

My phone just received the OTA update. I have had wifi on for the last hour and just checked for an update in settings with no luck. I then turned wifi off and checked for updates under settings again and it was there!

I stopped back to see what's going on, and I'm honestly surprised to see guys on this board that are still waiting for the update.

I take it these guys don't want it now? Or waiting for the fun of an update coming to the phone on it's own?
