The more expensive ones like the Phantom 3 & 4 basically fly themselves, but you still need to know the basics because, well... wind/trees/buildings/people etc. [emoji15] I think you'd like the X8HG. It's a much easier drone to learn on then the X5 that I had before.

Oh yeah, and....Chinese manuals suck, so learn from YouTube videos and websites.
My latest manual has so many typos in it you'd think a 6th grader wrote it. Every word that is supposed to be "on", is written "no". And that's just one example. WTH?! lol

Flying really good. The X8 is much better than the X5, especially in windy conditions. I've got some great footage I'm in the process of editing together. Stupid Windows 10 is giving me problems the past few days with Movie Maker....(i should have stayed with Windows 7), it worked great on that OS. So I'm having to edit them within YouTube and it's taking forever, plus the options with what you can do compared to Movie Maker is really limited.
Regardless, I'm hoping to have them up by this evening. I'll keep you updated.

It's too late to revert back. They only give you a small window after you have updated. I should have left well enough alone! [emoji23]
Now 3/4ths of the city is without power....going on 30 min now. Ugh! Fortunately it's still cool in the house, but it's 91 out today, so that's not going to last long.
First world problems.....I think not! LOL!
