is anyone else having an issue with connecting to wi-fi?

edit/ its not just an issue anymore, now my phone cannot even turn the wifi radio on. all i get, instead of connecting or scanning etc., is error in the little status text of the menu

I don't think we will be able to use those until we have a fully functioning version. But I have not tried yet.

to all those interested, 13th angel added a flashable zip sensors fix it's in page 34 of his rootzwiki thread posted in the OP. this may be the tipping point for me to try this thanks to all the hard workers!

So how's battery life on this compared to stock when used carefully? Most of the time I actually leave mine in airplane mode and work offline. And what would cause the battery life to be so much worse with CM?

@sb56637 i'm not sure, i haven't flashed this yet, but when i get off work tonight i very well may try it i'm loving the battery life with hexen and i'm not quite ready for a decrease but it might be a worthy trade off for better features found within cm7

At any rate, I hope they'll get this worked out. And I'm really happy to see this great development for the D2G.

Just flashed the sensor zip file and it works great. Keep up the great work.

After my first night running cm7 on my d2g my battery drained 40% overnight with no use. I installed set cpu with a few profiles yesterday but didn't get to test it overnight because I wasn't at full charge. I will make sure I do that tonight.

I did use my phone moderately yesterday though and when I went to bed around 3AM my battery was at 30%. It was dead when I got up around 9:30 this morning. When I rebooted and checked my battery usage it was on 16h 20m

I'm gonna pay closer attention today and see how the battery does, as well as see how much it drains overnight from a full charge tonight.

My battery life has seemed to improve after using cm for a few days, but not by much. Before I was getting about 12-14 hours under normal use, now I'm getting about 20 hours.

Also, I noticed in the camera app that when I quickly switch to the camcorder then back to the camera, the camera becomes normal, as in un-mirrored! That's great, now we just gotta get it to be un-mirrored when we open the camera app.

I just dl and flashed the newest version posted and the sensors fix, now I am loving it even more...just wanted to day THANK YOU TO ALL INVOLVED!!!! Now only issue I have is camera which is already known. Great progress guys.
