Just an FYI but I installed the latest ICS leak (.210) about an hour ago and have had no more problems with my data dropping, the 4G icon has stayed blue the whole time. I will continue to monitor it tonight and tomorrow and update how its going.

That's good news but when my data connection gets wonky and I reboot my phone to fix it sometimes it works for 2 hours, sometime only 10 minutes. I've had to reboot my phone about 5 times so far today :/
I came over to complain^h^h^h^h^h^h^h^h chime in on this issue too since androidforums.com is down today :/ I'm at my dad's this week near Chicago and I had this issue starting 2 weeks ago in Seattle. I've tried everything except for getting a new SIM... not sure if that's worth the waste of time or not. Dad doesn't have no Internet so I was hoping to use the mobile hotspot connection that I pay for so I can use the 6GB/mo data contract which I pay a lot for but now I'm wasting all my time rebooting my phone 10 times a day and trying to find solutions on the boards.
Looks like there's no hope save for maybe rooting my phone and installing ICS.
Perhaps we now know why so many are having problems lately. After getting the text message from verizon that we need to find a new IM app because ICS is coming soon, Verizon may be making updates to their towers and PRL's.

No problems to report yet. my data connection and speeds have been rock solid on .210 Also, when I was stock yesterday, I could not get Foxfi to work at all. It kept saying that it couldn't connect due to a change in Motorola's upgrade. Maybe its that upgrade that started giving everyone trouble? Well either way, Foxfi works perfectly on this leak! That was worth installing it alone.
