Hey all! I've been following this forum for a long time...just haven't posted anything until a few days ago in the ZombieStomped forum. I have a rooted and rom'd r2d2 and im lovin it. The only problem I've had is with the GB update I can't sync my facebook contacts :-(

Well even though I haven't posted before I actually joined a year ago just so I could read posts and get advice for roms.

I am a huge android fan and I love the community support for the devices. I have been on Team Android since the G1 and Android 1.6. I have been with the OG Droid since Day 4 I think and have had a blast with trying out different roms and hacks, looking forward to continuing that when I finally upgrade.

I am also an avid gamer on XBOX and PC. I write for a gaming website called Everbadge.com (formerly GamerShots) You may know it from the android app that provides HQ videogame wallpapers for android phones.

my first android experience was a little on the crappy side. got the lg ally, not a bad phone tho. just not for me. went to the d2g. rooted both of them. learning alot from the the forums so far. i am glad u guys are around to help us out.

currently running d2g with fenom. and i do have to say its awesome.

Another Droid NewB Here!

Have had a Blackberry Bold for work, but decided to trade up from my old personal verizon flip phone and just got a Motorola Droid Global from Verizon. Looking to get more familiar with what it can do.

Also, would like to know how to move things between screens, delete unwanted screens, or delete some of the pre-loaded icons that are on the screens. Like the messages and calendar date note that appears on one of the screens. Suggestions?

SO far am impressed with the phone, except for the quality of the phone sound during calls.

new to Forum adn Droid phones

Newbie Here and to the Droid Phones. I have been a BB guy since they came out. This is my first Droid Phone HTC thunderbolt.
I am totally lost on this thing. My two kids have I pods and I learned a "little" about touch screens there.

Just made the switch from BB to Droid Charge. So far I am pretty happy with my decision
