Does this new file contain the new ICS update?

No, the newest ICS (232) is not in this package. Like I said, I wouldn't worry about it yet anyway. 230 is running very nicely and we don't know yet if it is possible to get back to an upgrade path if we were to flash 232.
Once we know it is OK to flash (able to FXZ back to 902 if need be) and runs well, we can easily add this to the OP and upgrade our 230 with little hassle.

never even used a torrent...how do i do this? my laptop says it can't open the torrent....

I've got the file on the desktop...does the phone need to be in fastboot, off all together....

Instructions in the first post. Unzip to your desktop, plug into usb, set mtp mode, run runme.bat.

I saw that much, just wanted to know if it matters if the phone is powered up, off or in fastboot....I'm assuming powered up and on my home screen is fine!?
