Downgrade to 902 - No app or data loss

I just started and already ran into a problem. When I try to push the file to my SD card it says

'adb' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

lol this is not my night

I had that same problem a while back on my desktop. Downloaded and tried on my step dad's laptop and blam, worked perfectly fine...

I'm confused. How is it possible that it's not finding ADB??? It's in the utils dir. And I add the utils to the beginning of the path in the beginning of the script. Something is really not right here.

see my previous post regarding the path var. you are using a relative path in the path env and changing the dir so that relative path is no longer valid. unless of course the person using the script already has adb in their path...

Good catch. I'll put a fix in for that when I get to my laptop and post up a new version. Thanks!

OP updated with the fixed script. If I have time I'm going to add some interesting options to the House of Bionic that should provide some more flexibility for people. :D

Sam, I've noticed you've changed the script a few times now...I have an earlier script for the upgrade to 232. A friend from work wants me to bump his bionic to 232 from 230 (I flashed 230 on his phone a while ago), what is it I would need now? Do I just grab the new full script and unzip into the folder I already have and allow it to over write?

God no. I explicitly said not to do that as I changed file locations. If you do that it'll be a mess. Get the 905 FXZ zip, get the SamuriHL_HouseOfBionic.zip. Verify their hash signatures against the OP. Create a SamuriHL_HouseOfBionic directory. Unzip the FXZ (the files not the directory in the zip) into the SamuriHL_HouseOfBionic directory. Then unzip the SamuriHL_HouseOfBionic.zip into the same directory. Then you'll be good to go.

Oh...might just be easier for me to just run the script I already have?! It's the same method I used to go from 230 to 232...just afraid I'll put this new script together and eff up his phone by not building the script right!?

No this one's far safer and had numerous bugs fixed. I'd advise you to use the new one. It's very simple to set up. I'll PM you a direct link to the FXZ file.

No problem. Given the instructions I sent you in the PM you should be able to get it up and running quickly. Just remember that first link I sent is a one time use only link. I need to keep the bandwidth down on my account there so I can't publicly post links to files that big.

Samuri, Sargent, and the rest of your counterparts, I can't say thanks enough! Everything ran flawlessly!

To think, the hours I spent on both my OG and X setting things up, even with MyBackUpPro, and all that was needed was this incredible script.

I don't have long before most of the kids are out of the house and I can regain some of my life and take up old hobbies like this in earnest...... I hope to be able to contribute someday ;)

I'm glad it worked out for you. I really love when the script works for people and makes their lives easier. It truly does make me happy.
