Found it hosted under the the rubiX directory at sephtin.com, under the name "DXC_RubiX_bootMod(1.9.5).zip". Hopefully this helps.

It looks like you should be able to apply the zip file via recovery manager, though if you're lazy like me, you can also just copy the "bootanimation.zip" file into /data/local and overwrite the existing file.
