Ok, anyone know wich kernel is actually the 1ghz kernel? And how can i switch from one kernel to another?

The one labelled 1.25 was showing as max 1.0 on setCPU for me. Mind you, the people producing the kernels may have switched them around since then.

Kernels are changed using an update.zip file. Takes maybe 2 mins total.

Having trouble with the market now, I flashed back to my old rom because this one is still a little buggy on my phone. The problem im having is I can go to the market but cant download anything.

what are my options and everything from my previous rom is working.

You are loggen in right? Mine syncs fine.

It appears i am not logged in. And all attempts to do so are thwarted. I don't know how i got this far without being able to sync with my account. phone works. Everything works except gmail/market/syncing.

So you don't have the gmail app installed? Can't open it up and log in? Were you given the option on your first reboot with the new OS?

Gmail is installed and so is the market. but im unable to get anything to sync nor let me enter or RE enter my credentials. I signed in when i loaded the new OS. I might just try wiping my data, but ive installed this 3x now and i get the same results. :icon_evil:

when market is missing

you didn't follow instructions and install the update.zip after you installed the rom.

after that you can install your favorite kernal.
as I did I dont really care for p3droids they eat battery up for me
I have best luck with beckit 1200mhz

I'm sure the answer is some where in here but...... anyways can anyone tell me why my phone keeps goin in to a bootloop when I do the backup restore of this rom on sprecovery. Can I just install this as an update.zip

I am loving the speed and all the new features, but I can not get the market to open. It just flashes like its opening the app. I haven't heard of anyone losing their marketplace yet. I love froyo but not at the loss of my Market.
Any Ideas?

Flashed w/out and w full wipe: same outcome
Flashed the 1200/wifi fix: successful
Installed Flash: Works!
I have the market icon, and i can read "terms and agreement" at the top as it flashes across the screen.

I have installed a previous rom just to make sure it wasn't hardware related?? and 2.1 roms still have a working marketplace.

Ive installed everything still no sync or market

Good lawksamussy! This sucker is fast and smooth as butter. My wife is telling me to quit going around with my mouth hung open, a flies going to fly in there.
Maps work but says FAIL when I try to update on the Market.
LOVIN' the drawer button and how when you hold it down a thumbnail of all your screens appear. Also the little quick screen dots at the bottom. Not to mention Flash, Wifi, Tethering, on and on.

Same here. I hope bekit gets around to making kernels for this 2.2 rom.

when i try to batch install my apps using titanium the phone reboots itself? anyone else with this problem. also couldnt install the new kernel with rom manager, when i clicked it it just sits there, doesnt go into recovery. otherwise everything else seems to work fine.

I dl'd the new kernel, renamed it update.zip, installed it though SPR and it doesn't work... SetCPU still says my max is 600mhz, not 1ghz

Some one will have something for you, l am sure it is something simple, but I haven't encountered that, so I am not much help.

Try re-downloading it. I had a bunch of issues while downloading the rom.
