Worst experience in my 30 or so flashes. Wiped data and cash. It installed with none of the base features except the basic gem menu. No market, no contacts, no calendar, no apps, and when I tried to download the google apps several times it failed saying that this type of file not supported. thank goodness for backups. this thing is history.

Got a quick question, my buddy tried to install sapphire through rom manager told him to check gapps and all that but when his phone booted up his phone was not installed. He wiped data and cache and did everything right so I don't know what the problem is. Anybody have an idea?

Did they include a theme in the install? Installing multiple files like that causes problems. I recommend booting into recovery, wiping Data/Cache and reflashing just the Rom and Gapps file, letting it boot up and restore apps, and then reboot and apply a kernel or theme.
