Home++ Just added Screenshot!

I'm really liking Home++. You can get a nice, clean screen as well as a lot of nice functionality...and its a free app. Awesome.

What battery widget is that u are running at the top of ur first screen?

thats "battery life". its free in the market. though to be honest ive taken it off and replaced it with "battery left", another free app in the market that estimates the time left on the current charge

Also another thing, if possible.. the notification bubble in the power bar... any way to animate it to compensate for a hidden notification bar? Maybe a number (of messages awaiting) would be too much but maybe a star or something show up on it so you know you have a message without unhiding the notification bar.

Anyway, aside from that I love the app.. just a few small things that I'm stuck on before I can make the switch.
These are some of the things the developer is working on. If you check out his Google group for Home++ issues, he is a little more active on there than he is here.

After trying Panda and liking it, then GDE and liking it even more, this feature is forcing me to download Home++ and give it a go. So many times I wanted to take a SS!

Slightly off topic... just started using home++ yesterday, and now I can't get the screen to time out unless I manually lock the screen. I've set the apparently to follow the normal home settings and repeatedly changed the timeout time with no change. Anyone experience the same thing?

I went ahead and bit...and downloaded Home++. It is nice for sure, and runs really smooth. I really wish it had the scrolling app dock like GDE has. That is my favorite thing about GDE. I can not adjust to Home++ with out it. Everything looks either way to cluttered for my personal taste. Or I have to put everything in folders. Which I do not like. If home++ could add this feature it WILL be my new permanent home app. But until then I have to go back to GDE. :(
